The Tradition Challenge
Two teams of expert cooks from Tignale compete in an exciting cooking contest, preparing traditional truffle-based dishes, guided by chef Andrea. A real culinary show, where a passion for cooking, truffles and local traditions come together in a mix of creativity and taste.
Saturday 27 September and Saturday 4 October, from 2 p.m. at the “Rompala” Sports Centre, Gardola.
Reservations can be cancelled up to 48 hours in advance. In the event of cancellation of the excursions by the Tourist Office, a refund will be automatically made to the card used for payment.
