SENSORY EXPERIENCE AMONG NATURE, TRADITION AND TASTE – Bees and honey

The experience begins at the Gardola Dairy Cooperative and Olive Mill, a true excellence of the Tignale area, where Lake Garda olive oil reveals its character through fresh, fruity aromas—a living expression of a landscape captured in every drop.

We will then meet Paolo, a beekeeper and guardian of an extraordinary and silent world. In the charming “Garden of the Alps”, he will guide us in discovering the fascinating life of bees—precious and tireless creatures—while sharing how a passion can become a harmonious way of living in close connection with nature.

Next, we will walk along scenic trails surrounded by greenery, accompanied by expert guides. We will immerse ourselves in the sounds of the forest, the fragrance of aromatic herbs, and the authentic tranquility of the Alto Garda Bresciano Regional Park.

The sensory journey will culminate in an exclusive cooking experience in the heart of the natural oasis of the Flying Frogs Adventure Park.

Here, surrounded by the beauty of a unique setting among ancient trees, meadows, and small ponds, we will cook together with Chef Andrea, using ingredients, herbs, and local products discovered throughout the day.

Departure at 10:00 a.m. from the Gardola Olive Mill.
The excursion will not take place in the event of bad weather. Comfortable clothing, hiking shoes, and water are recommended.
