It is possible to cancel your booking up to 48 hours on the day before. Transfers only depart with a minimum of 5 people booked. If the Tourist Office cancels an excursion, the refund will be made on the card used for payment.
Bookings with the Tignale Card are possible only after completing check-in at the accommodation facility.
Guests who wish to book before the arrival date must pay the full price.
Any refund requests will not be accepted unless the cancellation is made within the release deadline.
