Each alpaca can be booked for a maximum of 4 people. At least one adult per alpaca is required.
Walks do not take place in case of bad weather. Comfortable clothing, hiking shoes, and water are recommended.

It is possible to cancel your booking up to 48 hours on the day before the booked excursion. Excursions are not carried out in the event of bad weather. In the event of cancellation of the excursion by the Tourist Office, the amount will be refunded.
Bookings with the Tignale Card are possible only after completing check-in at the accommodation facility. Guests who wish to book before the arrival date must pay the full price. Any refund requests will not be accepted unless the cancellation is made within the release deadline.
