It is possible to cancel your booking up to half an hour before the departure of the shuttle. If the Tourist Office cancels the shuttle, a refund will be made automatically to the card used for payment.
Bookings with the Tignale Card are possible only after completing check-in at the accommodation facility.
Guests who wish to book before the arrival date must pay the full price.
Any refund requests will not be accepted unless the cancellation is made within the release deadline.
