Join us to discover the journey of artisanal gin, created with lemons from the historic ‘Pra dela Fam’ lemon house and botanicals grown on the terraces of Tignale.
Meeting at 9:00 a.m. at the oil mill, Gardola. Guided walk through the alleys of the village, accompanied by a mid-mountain guide, amidst evocative views and local stories.
Visit to Stefano’s shop, where he will lead us to discover the aromatic herbs used in the production of gin… and let us “smell” the scents of the area.
A stop at the Latteria Turnaria di Tignale – Bio Oleificio, to closely observe the processing of local delicacies.
Let’s cook together!
Final moment of sharing: we will all prepare together with the ‘protagonist’…gin! All accompanied by excellent local organic wine.
It is possible to cancel your booking up to 48 hours on the day before the booked excursion. In the event of cancellation of the excursion by the Tourist Office, a refund will be made automatically to the card used for payment.
